ruby on rails - 504 Gateway Time-out with Devise -

i'm getting 504 time-out error when website uses devise gem, happens when i'm trying access /login page.

i increased timeout in unicorn , nginx doesn't seems help.

does have had problem before? , how did fix it?

i found solution case, increasing timeout in both(nginx-unicorn) same value added more time in unicorn nginx.
