What privileges need to create applications in SharePoint 2013? -

i'm going project sharepoint organization. organization has full account of office365 , sharepoint 2013. current user has insufficient privileges creating , maintaining web sites on server. level of user privileges should supply me make applications , have total control on them?

inform organization need developer site have location "work in progress". developer site 1 have admin rights.

if you’re not admin, contact admin in company , have them 1 of following:

• grant admin rights, can create developer site yourself.
• create developer site you, , specify admin site collection.
