php - IIS not working with Windows 10 -

i can retreive simple web page not php scripts. following message when trying run php script.

"there problem retreiving xml data. unauthorized (401). however, have set of permissions in inetpub folder allow access. it's iis after installing windows 10 without mods.

any ideas problem might be?

by trial , error, found needed go iis default web page , click authorization. needed enable windows authorization.

i can use localhost testing web content.
