c# - Mapped drives not visible on open dialog -

i have user has windows 10 , saying mapped drives not showing on 1 machine , in program. using standard microsoft.win32.openfiledialog allow user browse file open. on machine sent me screen shot there 1 windows explorer window open shows mapped drives fine, open dialog in program doesn't show them @ (simultaneously). strange thing other machines on network not have same issue, show drives in program well.

i'm not sure start this. googled didn't turn anything; searched here , didn't find anything. know if there obscure setting or causing not show mapped drives?

if attempting run program administrator not able see mapped drives.
