i'm in environment uses complex proxy settings , uses .pac file describe/resolve them. want setup vm's , docker containers on environment based on ubuntu. typical "system --> preferences --> network proxy --> apply system wide" answer doesn't lot because don't have access ui. ideally solution apply system-wide i.e. work curl, wget, apt-get, pip , maven. there such solution?
