Installing Spark and running it with Python -

i'm alot more familiar r python, heard easier use spark python r, thats why i'm trying run spark through python. i'm using ninja ide python

i downloaded files spark-1.5.0 don't know do. went http://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/building-spark.html. i'm using windows 10 , used command prompt go spark folder , typed build/mvn -pyarn -phadoop-2.4 -dhadoop.version=2.4.0 -dskiptests clean package. however, says build not recognized internal or external command, operable program or batch file. doing right? or there step should proceeding with?
