tmuxinator - Switch between sessions in tmux? -

i'm relatively new tmux , use local development. in tmux tutorials, person list out tmux sessions in enumerated list. there yellow highlight typically. know i'm talking , how it? secondly, best practice? i'm on here 8 iterm2 tabs open :(
